Wiki entry: Falcon controllers and validated lights
« on: October 14, 2014, 10:38:18 PM »
I've added a table to the wiki showing a list of lights I've tested against the Falcon controllers (including the uSC).

http://falconchristmas.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#Supported_Lights_.28validated_by_members....29

The goal is to show known behavior so that purchase decisions can be made with more confidence.

The table is not yet filled out for each controller, and I'm hoping others can add their success/failures in each box over time.  Also, please add your own list of lights if not otherwise found in the table.

NOTE: The table indicates success in basic tests...  it does not necessarily indicate a thorough burn-in test (or a full season of use) has been achieved.  If you discover problems in your testing -- please report the data in this table.

I just saw this post. Great work Steve. Thanks for your help. I am not the best at documentation so your help is very much appreciated.

I went into edit mode and fear I will screw it all up if I try to do an update but I will vouch for WS2811 12v ip68 flexstrips from Ray.  I've used them with the F16, the SSC3 and the micro sc.

I'm thinking of getting these for next year, and don't know if anyone's had any luck/validated these.

Basically a 150 Pixel strip running WS2811.  I think it should work.  thanks.
