Color order off for bullet nodes
« on: November 26, 2014, 03:23:45 PM »
Using current utility.  Hub on Universe 1.  Last year bullet nodes.  Test firmware goes BGR and same as xlights.  Tried a few others options and not successful.  First time using it so I want to makes I am doing anything wrong?  Also, tried using the first RGB channel and it skips 3 channels and uses 4,5,6.  Surely user error.  Any help?  THANKS

Yeah. I need to change software to plain RGB. Try them all.

Cool!  It's not me!  Yep, RGB combo's like the Falcon controller would be killer.  Only using SSC on the 2nd story stuff.  Everything else is F16 and Falcon Zues 8's.

First time using this and it worked the first time.  Very impressed!!!

+1 on the change Dave to the color order..  driving myself crazy figuring out Ray's and Holiday's coro version of WS2811 color order, and then I had to splice a couple of strings so I have green on the first part and blue on the second!  Good thing I can edit individual colors on LSP to straighten out about 60 pixels!

I've tried to capture all of the color orders in the wiki:

http://falconchristmas.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#Supported_Lights_.28validated_by_users....29

Meant to post something before but that chart is AWESOME!

So, rectangles TM1809 is the correct color order for my nodes.  I have tested the first rgb channel control mode and it is definitely off 3 channels.  IE - Program channel 1 and xlights responds to channel 4, 125:128, 4091:4094 etc.  Easy to work around tho.

Hybrid mode seems it is working correctly however.

Also, I simply cannot believe how well this is all working.   :'(  Normally I need to disable wifi, close programs, power cycle stuff and of course move the program jumper but this is all working like I thought it should.   (insert I am not worthy emoticon)  WOW!  THANK YOU DAVE!

Control channel mode uses first three channels. That is an advanced feature that you most likely will not use.
