Hey Kevin
Do you have pics of the thin wall arches with flex strips in them ?
I worked on making some last year using 1" PVC but I am in the process of ordering some 10ft - 1" Pex pipe for this year.

Nightowlz1966 -  I can take some pictures.  Is there anything in particular you want to see?  Each arch is a 10 foot section which was bent (using steam) to shape on a form mms and I built.  The base (feet) are PVC (one side uses 1 inch, the other 1 1/4).  The 1 1/4 side houses the SSC.  Nothing is glued.

That's a lot of info to take in. Kevin, are you going to present that, or did it already happen? If it hasn't happened yet and you're presenting it, might I suggest a little less wording and a lot more pictures? You're going to loose the audience. Sorry for being a critic. The one from 2012 was great.
