AC Models in Xlights to FPP to Arduino
« on: May 09, 2017, 10:09:26 PM »
So I was wondering if I would be able to run an Arduino Mega from a USB port of the Pi to run SSR controlled AC lights.  Most of my display is going to be pixels from a F16V3 but would like to add some extras with some older models.   Been trying to google for awhile now and can not seem to get a definite answer.  Thinking maybe something renard or serial if possible.  Any Help?

If you're going to use Renard controllers then I am pretty certain a dmx output of the F16V3 will run that. If it doesn't then I think a usb-dmx dongle off the Pi can.
