4" or 6" bullet spacing
« on: August 09, 2017, 07:07:02 PM »
Does anyone know where I can get WS2811 12V 12mm bullets in either 4" or 6" spacing?  I'm building a prop and I need about an inch more space between the bullets I have with 3".

I reached out to Ray already but not sure I can wait the time it'll take to get the order processed so I was hoping for someone in the US.  Everyone I've looked at, including ebay, has the standard 3" ones, but I need a little bit more for what I have planned.  Thanks

You are probably not going to find a stock item for 6" anywhere like that and all the vendors will go to China to get them made.  4" spacing should be available.  That is all that they sell at pixelsequencing.com.  Ray may be your best option for bigger than 4".  Good luck.

Certainly not the cheapest option, but available:

Thanks for everyone's help in trying to tack them down.

I've reached out to DIY express but haven't heard anything back yet - are they usually responsive or non-responsive?

I wouldn't count on anything for this year.  Many of us are still waiting on the presale orders that were placed in January.  They have very little response to any communication this year.  Your best bet is Ray or Paul Zhang at this point in the year.
