Odd Dimming issue
« on: September 15, 2017, 09:38:22 PM »
ok, so I have TLS3001 pixels on outputs.  the test modes work just fine, data is received from Xlights just fine, but the output configuration dimming does not seem to have an effect.  I can set it to 10% and there is no noticeable decrease in brightness, even after hitting "save".  If I use Xlights and turn them on at 10% they behave like I would expect.  I'm hoping I'm just doing, or not doing something stupid, but man I need to turn the brightness down a bit.. :)

Looks like a bug in the code. The brightness table lookup is not used for 3001 pixels. Been like that for 3 years. LOL. I will have it fixed in next release. Made a note.

Ahh. Ok. Well, at least I'm not just loosing my mind.  So then my next obvious question, next release before the season? Or should I figure out how to dim everything in xlights?
