I can't find a place to purchase the Falcon NEO. Was this just a limited release?

It got absorbed/distributed into other boards. It was never released. You've been absent for about 2 years.

LOL, OK thanks, I have been absent for over 40 years! Just getting started... A little late, but better late than never?
I didn't see Falcon with any type of matrix controller? So the options would be an OctoScroller or PI hat? I doubt I will need all the power of the OctoScroller so I was looking at something a little less robust. But who knows, I might just get the Octo.

Thanks for the info!

Sounds like you need to get onboard with one of Dan's cool new Pocket-Scroller's  8)

Or if you're only going to do a few panels, you might look into Crockett Fantasy of Lights Nano Matrix PiHat

xLights and Vixen3 for sequencing / FPP for scheduling and playing / Falcon controllers for pixels / DIY controllers for everything else

Thanks!
I appreciate the information. I might get one, not sure if I will get to that part on my display this year (since I am barely getting started and I will be moving around June) but the group buy is enticing!

I didn't check your earlier posts for timing, but your forum name is the same as someone I've seen on other forums. I just thought you had been absent from this forum for a few years.
