Interesting.   So the reason to do this ... is to eliminate the RaspberryPi FPP?    Where are the associated mp3 songs to go along with the fseq files?   

 I currently have F16v3 and F16v2-R both connected to my FPP via a small Ethernet router... there is also a hardwired WiFi Access Point connected to same Ethernet network... my "XMAS" WiFi network, which I then can connect via WiFi my iPhone or laptop and control the FPP as needed.
