PiCap with GPIO

Hi, are all of the GPIO pins used for GPIO Input triggers useable when using a PiCAP on the RasPi?

Yes, you can still use the other GPIO pins for GPIO inputs or outputs if you wire them up.  The PiCap uses GPIO18 (Pin 12) and GPIO19 (Pin 35) for the two pixel string outputs.
