So was able to test and only the first 100 light up!!!  WTF

Just to be sure, can you explain how you have it wired and maybe a few pictures of your connections?

Also, do you have a multimeter? Can you get voltage readings at the end of the first string, at the injection point at pixel 101 and at the end of the last string, pixel 200?

Ok - after a long and drawn-out battle (and a lot of help from poporacer) the issues:
I did have all of the V+ and G connected at every injection point and when I "connected" the second Power Supply - it fried the 2nd PS - yet it still had enough power to light the F-8!


In the end - for those following the story:
1. V+ and G from Falcon to F-AMP to the first 100 pixels.
2. Cut the V+ after pixel 100.
3. I inject from the second Power supply at pixel 200 and 380 - a nice balance.
