If Sean is going to be there.  I would like to know how he built his antenna.  Or anyone else's antenna ideas for that matter.

I'm in the process of moving and need to take my antenna down. I will try to bring it with me. Mine is a j-pole design made with an old TV rabbit ears antenna.

I made a 1/4 wave ground plane antenna but the wire I used was too small of diameter.  The arms sagged under their own weight.  The winds tossed it around and bent it up pretty bad.  I'm looking for something stronger more durable for the Colorado weather.  I thought Sean had used something like 1/2" copper piping but I can't remember how it came together.

Have a fun and safe trip Sean.  Don't forget a raincoat and maybe snowpants.  It is April in Colorado after all.  ;)

Carpooling fell through.  I'm not going to make it this time.  But that's okay, I'm going to work on building new props this weekend instead.

I was at a retreat this last weekend and didn't make it up there this month.  Hopefully all went well.   I'm looking forward to going up next month.  Thanks.
