BeagleBone Black Wireless
« on: August 06, 2015, 09:50:32 AM »
On my show this year I will have 8 BBB connected to F16B, F4B and P10, and I would like to have them on wireless.
What do I need to do to get my boards on wireless?

Thank you

One word

Wait

When v1.5 is released for BBB and eMMC support, it will free up the single USB for the Edimax wireless dongle.

I have 4 sitting in boxes, waiting.

I don't even have my boards or BBB yet, just want to be prepared.
Which Edimax wireless is recommended?

Thanks

There has been an issue reported with the wireless going to sleep on the BBB.  I have this on my high priority list and will be looking at it as soon as I get the FPP v1.5 Beta images built for the BBB.
