 This is just my opinion/suggestion/viewpoint.  Others with other viewpoints/experiences may have different advice.  I am a hobbyist with a couple years real world experience, not an expert.

So being 24v I would need a 24v-350w  power supply then. The ip66 is okay in the elements?

Yes, have them sitting in my flower beds shining up on the house since last May.  Flower bed sprinkler showered them every morning and they've gone through the winter flawless.  And yes, I grabbed 2 (1 for backup) 24v power supplies from Ray.
