The DC/DC convertor I used on these boards should handle 24v no problem. Attached is the info from mouser stating "Input 7V to 36v" full disclosure though I have not tested with anything greater than 12v so I would recommend you put 24v to it first before you hook it to your pi and test the output voltage to the pins with a meter.

Darrell will have to chime in on that. I know he ordered them already from the board house and they are ordering all the components to assemble them. Not sure what turn around time they have him. He did use the same board house I used for the power Distro boards and it took a little over 5 weeks from me paying them to the day they actually arrived on my doorstep. Mind you they told me 3 weeks estimated delivery lol. I guess 3 weeks in China actually means 5.

That is good to know, I will test it out and report back once I get them :)

Are all the GB products spoken for. I'm not able to add any items to the cart.

I will text Darrell and tell him to jump online. He handled all aspects of this group buy. I was busy with the power boards and the pi HAT was his idea. I just got to be the man behind the scene doing what I was told on this one. Give him a few and he will jump on.

Quick question in xLights to setup for hat do you use add Null or does it get assigned a universe (E1.31), I have the Pi setup figured out just wanted to add models in xLights.

Hey guys!! I finally setup subscription to receive alerts on this phone thingy :)

I was quoted 4-5 weeks, so I will keep everyone posted as to what is going on when I get updates from the manufacturer. I will email them tonight to see if I can get a status currently showing "manufacturing".

@Tom
The GB is closed , but I ordered extra of the standard and the deluxe models to have in-stock @CFOL

If we see another spike in interest we might have another GB later in the summer for those that wake up mid year and start thinking Christmas! I to a fault sometimes think of it when I'm sleeping and awake!

Thanks, Darrell

So I received word back from the board manufacturer last night and the parts that had to be ordered from mouser have been and they should receive them by the end of next week.

So it has been a week since I placed the order, add the additional week to get the parts in there is two weeks already.

I'm going to error on the side of caution and say that 2-3 weeks for assembly, and a week for shipping.

So we are looking at a 5-6 week turn around.

I will set a calendar reminder to check back with them a week from today and post another status update!

Thanks, Darrell

***Hi Darrell,
Everything goes well by now, the parts we purchased from mouser are on the
way, that would be received by end of next weekend, and we will start the
assemble work ASAP then.***

I must have just missed the preorder!!!  Will this be available in the store once the preorder is all shipped out?  If so I would take several.

***UPDATE***

Hi Darrell,
Any other parts are received by now, except the Fuse holder and DC/DC Converters, that is some days delay than expect, we would receive them at about next Wednesday, sorry for this.
