Can you double check your last few universes in FPP and xLights to make sure they match up exactly?

When I set mine up it helped to go into the test page of XLights.  I turned on just the first and last LEDs of my p10 panels and discovered that my model channel assignments were off.  Make sure you click the output to lights button too if you do this.

thanks for the replies.  i think i figured it out when i switched the first ribbon cable with the one that was having trouble then the top row started to have that issue, So it appears that my ribbon cable is bad.

before tossing out that cable, try "squeezing" it or tapping it with a mallet to make better contact. Probably a single wire not getting pierced completely.
