sequences and ogg files
« on: November 29, 2013, 05:13:05 PM »
I'm just curious if it would be ok to post our sequences and ogg files here. I know when I first started doing this I used someone's stuff and fixed it to match what I needed. Just asking :)
Its a wonderful life.

Sounds like a great idea. I added a place to share sequences under the "Creation Forum" called "Shared Sequences". Not the OGG files please, do not want to get into any legal trouble.

Ok. No ogg files. Not a problem. I'm not pushing the issue but if the songs are modded aren't they legal for any use?

No. I think fair use is limited to pretty small edit.

And remember Xseq and fseq can't really be shared. This because those files have hard coded channel ranges matching your setup.

Share your sequence xml, those are universal

I am not a lawyer but I think they are still covered by copyright laws.

You can put in the comments a link to where you got the music file
