So, am I the only one or are other people having issues with getting their pre-sale orders delivered from Seasonal Entertainment ?
They pushed their shipping time frame from April to May and it is now mid June and still nothing. They have become mostly uncommunicative with us. They have stated via their facebook page that all of the pre-sale orders have shipped ( and even told my wife via PM that our order has shipped but will provide no tracking number and UPS has not notified me of an impending shipment. I have seen one other person on facebook starting to ask as well. I have emaild, left messages on their store web site, sent email to customer service via their store site, and attempted to call with no response from any of the sources.
To top it off they have recently started pushing a warehouse clearance sale where the same pixels we are waiting for are 40% off yet have not fulfilled their orders for pre-sales...
I am beginning to think we have been had to the tune of $900 worth of pixels and parts...
Every other vendor we have dealt with has shipped and been very communicative with us. Thank You to them!

I would push them a little harder for an answer.  I would not be nasty but would tell tem that they either need to provide the shipping information for this order if they did actually ship it or that they need to either reship or refund it because if they cannot provide proof of shipment then they obviously didn't do it.  I would also let them know that if they refuse to work with you on this issue that you will begin posting about this on the Christmas light forums that you are a member of to warn the members of these forums about their poor business practices and the risk of doing business with them such as the loss of money that you experienced.  There is way too much competition out there and to many other vendors with good reputations out there than to take a chance with one that drops the ball like this.  At this point, I really doubt that I would do any business with them.  Now if they properly resolve this issue then you should post that as well.  Any company can screw something up every now and then and it's really how they deal with and attempt to correct those mistakes that either makes or breaks them.

seasonal entertainment have announced that they will no longer sell items through their store. they are having a 50% sale on everything in inventory. They also said they will honor all orders already placed.
