Network issue cannot connect
« on: December 27, 2017, 06:57:48 PM »
For some reason in this house we wired up I cannot bring up the web interface, now here is the issue, on his daughters mac laptop we are able to bring up the dash interface but no other computers etc. Now she has gone back to college and we still can't get live, He has Google Fiber, from the Fiber it goes directly to the F16v3 and so we tried a switch today and nothing, this is my 4th official house that I has converted to pixels I've always been able to access the Units directly.  We also tried a alphapix16 same issue

It sounds like an IP address issue. Are the computers on the same network range as the F16. 10.0.0.xx or 192.168.0.xx for instance.
The F16 should have the IP on the LCD.

Yes the f16v3 connects to the out put on the Google fiber nothing else is connected, I type in the 192.168.0.51 and it won't bring the unit up, I'm about to head back over and attempt again,

What is the IP address of the PC you are trying to access it with?
