Does anyone know the RGB or Pantone value of Chroma Key Green?  Or does it matter?

#00FF00 ... doesn't matter in PD, you can enable chroma key for any color

What are you using for the projection screen and how many projectors are you using?

What do you do about the windows in the Garage Door and Gables?  Will they get covered?

Good question.  I anticipate that I will have to cover the glass, but maybe not...depends on how bad the reflection is to the viewer.  I plan on testing either this weekend or next, weather permitting

Maybe a matte window film like they sell at Lowes for frosting a bath room window. That would allow light in and keep your house from looking like its been boared up.

good idea.  I also have the option of creating additional masks in PD and entirely blocking projection on any glass...but in prior full frontal projection tests with video, the windows were not a real distraction; it might actually look odder to cover them...further testing will tell

I haven't been around much lately but how is the projection going? I've been working ( my real job ) my tail off so I just got started again with this stuff again. I'm still using Corel video studio x7 with particle illusion and making some cool effects. At least I think so. If I get some time soon I will post a video of my progress. There are some nice background out there for free. Check it out.
http://givemefreeart.com/  that's just a few. Has anyone actually taken the projector outside and did a trace of the house or garage? That is the biggest pain. It took me some time to get this right. And when you take this map and start working with it it looks kinda weird but just remember, its the cameras perspective. The music, is awesome. Pay no mind to the title when you review this video just enjoy the music..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRLdhFVzqt4

I am a big fan of Corel products as you can tell. I decided to purchase motion studio 3D and let me tell you, what a world of difference its gonna make with the projection show this year. For those doing the projection , try the trial version and have some fun. The interface is really easy to use and the finished product is good. I will post a video soon.

Unfortunately PoolPro got out of the game.   I believe he had some medical issues so he sold his projector and has stepped away i believe is what is said.  It is unfortunate because he was very knowledgeable with this stuff and I learned quite a bit from him.   I am doing projection this year also but right now am trying to get some things going so that I can get back to working on my videos.   I am using PD12 and slowly getting use to it.

Right now I am having issues with my PI and Renard playing together.

Sirloin,

Any video....am curious to see the final outcome of the motion studio program and what you can do with it.

Still without video. Sorry. I've been working so much that I haven't had time to do much. I did set it up twice outside and it covered the house nicely and without screens in the windows, the glass was not any issue. You should download the motion studio 3d trial and give it a try. I've built many things from a pacman clip to bouncing balls to a donkey Kong clip as well. It lets you be more creative than any other program for the price. I could upload the clips ive built and let you see the results.
