Panther Expansion Board
« on: March 30, 2014, 09:29:35 AM »
I am look at creating an Expansion Board for the Panther that will plug-in to the RESERVE header pins. I have a few projects here at home that I am working on.

Here is my wish list.

1.) BlueTooth Communication.
2.) RTC (Real Time Clock).
3.) PhotoResistor.
4.) DC Relay up to 24 Volts.

Anyone have anything they would like to see about add to the wish list.

Thanks
Scott

on my wish list for something that is robust and even more reliable than a pi..

ibutton support across the family  maybe look at shepardwalk electronics RP1-RP2 and RP3

Ability to support different temperature probes like this one:

Tekmar 079 slab sensor

some sort of moisture level sensor

I think I could find a use for all 4 of the options you listed Scott. I think RTC might be at the top of the list.
