Need some help
« on: October 13, 2018, 08:07:48 AM »
Got the light bug back and Im trying to get something small put up for this year...spent a good part of last night pushing pixels into a new prop (singing bulb) and remembering how to get this stuff set up again.

Until I can order and receive my F16 Im just playing with my Pi Cap.

After finally getting things somewhat set up I decided to run a quick test before bed and I have an issue.

I assume its a set up issue with the Pi but looking for thoughts as to where I went wrong.

Looks like you just don't have enough Pixels defined in your string. It is quitting there in the "eye" on the right.

The RGBW test looks good, it just stops too soon. So, either your counting or your config is wrong, or you have a bad pixel stopping the data.

I think youre correct...I was just playing in test mode.  Ill have to figure out how to add more pixels to the output set up.

When I change it and hit save it deletes the line.  What am I doing wrong?

Where are your settings being saved?

So, your Pixel Output page on the PiCap does or does not look like this?
