Any good rbg settings to mimic the yellow glow of incadecents?
« on: October 23, 2018, 10:56:27 AM »
So between shows I was thinking of making my house look more traditional and trying to mimic the warm white glow of incandescent christmas lights.  But so far I am not having any luck finding good settings for my pixels.  Does anyone have any good rgb values for this?  Or is it just never going to get that close since a warm yellow hard to do with pixels.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but this custom color is in a sequence that was shared with me a few years back and I have always loved the color and it reminds me of the old style incan look.  It might be a good place to start.  On the computer monitor it kind of looks like gold, but on the actual likes it is very pretty.

Thanks a ton.  Probably why I could never get mine looking good.. spent to much time in the yellow range.
