DMX 27 Channel Controller and F4v2
« on: October 27, 2018, 06:30:56 PM »
I'm trying to use some dumb flood lights this year.  I have a (3) DMX 27 Channel Controller daisy chained together for the DMX port for universe 1 on the F4v2.  They seem to be working using the color wash on the F4v2 in test mode but the color sequence is off. I think these as GBR not RGB.  Where and how do i change that.  It has to be simple as everything with Xlights and Falcon controllers seem to be. What am I missing.

Yes. On "dumb" controllers for RGB strips, the easiest thing is to swap wires. If Red and Green are the mix, you'll need to move 2 wires per strip.

For Smart Pixels, the change is usually done in a Controller drop down box.

That might work for dumb strings, but I don't have any anymore to check. :(
