Best Way to Contact the Store (Answered - Thank You)

Absolute newbie here (Oregon) with a question about the store.  A few days ago I ordered an F48 and receiver but I think the transaction failed because I never received an email confirmation.  I went back to the site and left a message via the 'Contact Us' but haven't heard back.  I'm tempted to order again but afraid I might end up with 2 sets.  Seems the 'store' is separate but somehow connected to this forum, but I'm so new I'm not sure.  In any case I thought it might be worthwhile to try and get some advice. 

Do I sit tight or re-order?  Thanks.  --jd

On the website is his phone number, its listed at the bottom. Call him. He has unheard of customer support!

Thanks, Sticky.  I was going to call today but received his email this morning that my order has shipped!  I'm thinking this will be a lot of fun.  Of course, I've been wrong before :) .
