When I exceed 24000 starting channels I get an error:
ERR: Model 'Single Line-1' starts on controller 'Ethernet_' but ends at channel 24747 which is not on a controller. And all other models
after this say: ERR: Model 'Single Line-2' is not configured for a controller. How can I fix this?
I have an F16V3 with 2 expansion  boards.

That is usually because you are assigning mor channels that you have the device configured for

In xLights, make sure the controller is fully defined and enable the Auto Layout models, Auto Size and Full xLights control. Then open the visualizer (you will likely get a warning, it is OK) Then make sure that all the models are on the right ports in the right order. DO NOT configure your models for ports, start channel etc. in the Layout tab, the Visualizer will do that for you.
If to err is human, I am more human than most people.
