I know the F16v3 is getting a bit long in the tooth but I was hoping to get a few more years of use from it (my F16v2 lasted ten years!). After using known-good pixels, known-good cables, and known-good green connectors, the color red will not output on pixel port 1. I've factory reset the controller and that did not resolve it.

I'm guessing I'll just have to live with this but might anyone have any idea what might be the issue?  As always, thank you in advance for any replies.
I started this hobby in 2015 using an F16v2 and a single megatree.  Now I Griswold the house each Christmas with more and more and more. For 2025 I have three Falcon controllers (F16v4, F16v3, and F4v3) for the show plus an F4v2 for pixel testing.

If you call the F16v3 long in tooth what do you call the F16v2blue (way before the F16v2red)?  I still use mine.  But the LED display is getting a little hard to read.  I do have a new LED display just not sure I want to bother with that old of a controller.  sigh

Something sounds fishy here about port 1 on the F16v3.  Is this pixel 1 on port 1 or a whole string of pixels with no red?  Have you swapped strings between ports?  Inquiring minds need more details than what you have stated.

Never mind, nothing to see here. Just me being a big dummy. The pixel puck I was using to test one port 1 (which was brand new) was defective. I'll see myself out ;D
