There are some freight forwarders in the US that you can get stuff shipped to and they send it from there. It was 1 of the options used when Aussies were trying to get Falcon boards and a few other Christmas items. If you search for "freight forwarder usa to france" you should be able to find somewhere that can help out. Alternately I think that there's 1 or 2 companies in UK stocking Falcon gear.
