DIY voucher request

I sent an email request to diy@falconplayer.com (and support@falconplayer.com) for four DIY capes based on Scott Hanson's BBB16.  I have not heard anything back.

I included my email address printed on a piece of paper in the photo's of the BBB16's I sent with the email.

How long does it typically take to process a DIY license voucher request?

There is just 1 guy who does it, so I guess he is just busy for a few days?

I have several requests in the que so I guesss it is just "be patient"

Apparently the person doing the vouchers has had family events and is focusing on other things.

Hopefully someone else gets the authority to issue vouchers so that this does not become a problem.

Hi all, I also put in a request a couple days ago for 5 vouchers, just wondering if anyone may have a potential eta of when they may get issued?  Since its only one person, didn't know how many he had in queue.

This issue was solved days ago, but the thread wasn't updated.  I am working on getting others on the dev team access so voucher requests can be processed if I need to go AWOL again.

I am currently in the same boat... waiting on some DIY vouchers for the same boards. Hopefully they come though soon as I am hoping to use them to go live on Thursday night.

I know I'm cutting it close, but I didn't realize I needed a license to run FPP 6.2. I suppose if all else fails, I can revert back and run V5.x software on the BBB, correct?

Yes you can revert to v5.5 to avoid the need for a license.  Unfortunately CaptainMurdoch is still the only person who can assist with vouchers.

Is @CaptainMurdoch still the only one who can approve voucher requests?  I submitted a request about a week ago and have not heard anything back.  I PM him yesterday morning also.  Just checking to see if there is someone else, I can ask?  I am dying to continue testing my Scott Hanson DIY boards.....

Did you check your Spam folder? I know there have been others that have asked the same question and Chris responded that he sent out the voucher days prior and the poster responded that they found it in their spam folder.... Just a thought.
