I would like to run a sequence from xlights.
right now I can access a single controller by using its address 192.168.1.10
I can run a light test but a simple sequence loaded  on that fpp  will run but not trigger lights.
I have output set to a value higher than the number of lights
What am I missing?

We are going to need to see some screen shots of your FPP configurations, input and output for all controllers used.  We also need to know what controllers you are using and possibly a screen shot of your xlights controller configuration.  You need to configure the controllers outputs to send the correct data to the ports where the nodes are connected. The test function simply floods all ports with data and will usually light the nodes regardless of output configuration or miss-match.  If you are actually trying to run the show directly from xlights, then you will also need to configure the controllers section in xlights to send the data to the required controllers and will need to define the controllers inputs to accept that data.  Also, make sure that xlights output to controllers is turned on, the default is off.
