Newbie control panel build

I'm a newbie planning to do my first Xlights show for Christmas 2025.  As of now I have a handful of mini trees, arches, snowflakes and a 24 x 100 180 degree mega tree. I plan to run at 30-40% power.  About 3,700 12V pixels total.  I'm assembling a control panel with room to add more pixels in the future in the large Bud box.  I have a Falcoln F16V4, one expansion board, two 350 W Meanwell power supplies, and a Raspberry Pi that has me stumped but that's a question for another day.

I'm bringing in power via a 14 ga appliance cord to a single gang out box inside the control panel.  Wago connectors will feed the two power supplies and a single gang outlet with USB C ports.  The outlet will provide power for the Raspberry Pi and possibly a FM transmitter if I can fit one in the Bud box but I like the idea of Pulse Mesh if it is available this year.

One power supply will power the main board.  The other will power the expansion board.  The spare set of outlet terminals on each power supply will be connected to fused terminal blocks and a pigtail out of the control box terminating with a two-wire automotive connector for power injection in future if needed.

My question is, do you see anything wrong with wiring the box this way?

Nope. Sounds like you did your research.

Nothing wrong with your wiring, but think about the fact that you have a lot of single points of failure that would shut down your show.  As you grow over future years think about backup potential that could be incorporated in your growth.  I chose to go to multiple smaller controllers so a failure impacts small portions of my show.  I have also, over the years, added spare controller(s).  At least one of the spares is used in my shop for testing until / unless it is needed to be used in recovering from a failure.
