Well

I've not done a display for two years. So I thought might as well update to 9.1 and then i discovered it breaks the SI4713 plug in. Does anybody know if there any plans to get this working with 9.1 or should i try and role back my fpp/reinstall fpp 84713/Vast V-FMT212R

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Plugin? There have been several people that have reported it working correctly.
If to err is human, I am more human than most people.

If this is the guy who came into zoom room - the issue was a bad channel choice on the transmitter.

Tried re-install i still get an error. Wasnt me on the zoom

Anybody got any fixes? Does it work with 9.2?

Isn't working with 9.2 either on a Raspberry Pi 4, getting the same error during installation.  Even tried re-flashing the SD with the 9.2 image; no luck.  I am in desperate need for this plugin as well.

While I do not use this plugin, I did install it on my FPP v9.2 on a Pi5.
Installed perfect with no errors.

lxkev, I created a Band-Aid fix for those having the PinCapabilities error.  Paste the below link into the top of the FPP Plugins page.  A new "--FIX--" version will appear at the top of the list.  Installing this one should get us working for now on version 9.2.  I tested it last night and worked great.

Hi Jspo

Thanks for looking into it. I'm still getting an error Warning ID: 5 - Could not load plugin fpp-vastfmt-test, i am running 9.2. I uninstalled the original and tried this. Tried a few uninstalls/installs and get the same error.

Go into Content Setup / Logs
Without clicking on any log file, Click on Zip, download it and upload the zip file here.

Looking thru your logs a few things come to mind.
1) Remote Falcon has multiple errors in the logs
2) Vast also and seems it could not create the needed directory.
3) Seems you did an in-place upgrade from 7.3 to 9.1
Under status control / FPP Backup, make a backup of your current settings.
Then with everything I can see and understand, I would recommend imaging a new SD card with 9.2 and configure it.
