Falcon F4V3 with expansion board and two 4port smart receivers.

Hi All
Happy New Year.

I'm a noob and this Christmas I tried setting up a display.
My display consists of the following.

1) 1 Falcon F4v3 controller.
2) 1 Expansion board
3) Two 4 Port differential smart receivers.
4) 600 WS2811 bullet pixels
5) 1 Mega tree
6) 4 Arches
7) 1 Left roofline with 2 windows
 1 Right roofline with garage door

 I am using xlights to setup and sequence this arrangement... but everytime I do a sequence  and play back the lights don't work.
The only good thing was putting it in test mode and it worked.
What could I be missing.....could it be my layout is wrong?
Any assistance in helping me solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
