AfterHours Plugin status from API or MQTT?

I've hunted through the FPP docs, fpp-after-hours docs and code, tried guessing... and am still not getting there.

Anyone aware of a way, either an API call or MQTT topic, to pull any status info from the fpp-after-hours plugin?

I use HomeAssistant to manage everything show-related. Rather than just tracking a variable in HA based on when I run the start/stop script, I'd like to pull the actual status from FPP if possible.

I would just reach out on Github and ask that question. The plugin developer is pretty responsive.

Further to this, the new version of fpp-after-hours will expose an API endpoint that breaks down the title a little nicer that can be called by other plugins or scripts.  The API will also report if fpp-after-hours is currently playing music or not.  I'm just modernizing the UI a little bit and then will release it.
