Twilio Control issue

I have been running the twilio control for many years on an old version of fpp.  After taking a year off last year to move, I decided to upgrade everything to more current versions.  I have it up and working on FPP V6 but its not sendout out the repsponse texts back to the user.  My fpp is receiving the info and displaying on the matrix like its supposed to, but I never get anything back from it via text like I do on the old versions.  What am I missing?

Not sure if this is your issue or not but there appear to be some new texting regulations that just went in to effect. I discovered the following warning banner when I logged in to my Twilio account to add some funds for this season.

"Unregistered A2P 10DLC phone numbers will be blocked from sending messages in the US after August 31, 2023. Complete the registration process to avoid disruption in your message delivery."

While it says it can take 2-3 weeks to get registered I submitted on Friday and my number is showing registered today. I decided update my system to the current as of now, 7.31 after sticking with 4.xx for a few years. Responses are working for me on 7.3.1. I didn't do any testing on any of the versions through the upgrade process so I don't know if 6.x worked or not.

I did go through the registration process.  I am able to send texts from within twilio so that part is fine.  I'll go ahead and update back to 7.3.1 and try it again.  The twilio plugin page wasn't displaying correctly for me before on v7.

I tried 7.3.1 again and still no responses.  The twilio control pages don't work properly either.  None of the menus at the top work.  I may just go back to my old 4.x version that I have used for years.

Yeah there does appear to be a bug switching menu tabs. You need to manually refresh the web page after clicking the menu to get the tabs to display currently. I think I saw you submitted this issue?

One other thing I did have to do was fix phone numbers, response fields and maybe some others that got spaces and other characters translated to %xx "URL" notation. I think I was receiving responses before changing these though. I also did have to remove the Twilio plugin and add it back to get it to update to the latest version. It would not update with the Update button for me. Sounds like you got yours updated though since you have the new menu "tabs".
