I seam to have everything working correctly, but there is a warning on the status page stating "abnormal condition may cause poor performance. Received DDP data for 192.168.0.143."
I dont have a 192.168.0.143 that i am aware of. What should i do?

That is a warning that you did not configure this device to process incoming data, yet "someone" is sending it data to process. When FPP is set to Player, you are telling it that he will be the "conductor" of the show and tell all the other players what to play and when to play it. So, he shouldn't normally have another "conductor" telling the controllers what to play and when to play it as this can cause problems.

Are you sure? What is the IP address of your computer?

This error typically happens when you are testing from xLights. When you click on the Output to Lights button, xLights is now trying to be the conductor and tell your player and controllers what to do...your Player doesn't like being told what to do unless you tell him to allow it. To get rid of the message, go into Input/Output>Inputs and just Enable the inputs....You might want to disable them once you are running your show so that you don't have 2 conductors telling your controllers what to do! LOL

I ran an ip scanner and it is in fact my desktop. And looking a bit closer, I still had xlights set to "output to lights."

It is the simplest of things sometimes.. it gets us all. I have been bitten by similar issues more than once....Look at my signature!
