DDP and E1.31

I have three Falcon controllers in my show 2 older that only use E1.31 and 1 newer that has E1.31 & DDP.

I am running FPP 7.0.

My question is; Can I set the newer controller to DDP and the other 2 to E1.131 or does it all need to be E1.31?

Attached are my FPP and xLights setup but when I changed the first controller to DDP this was the result.

I originally had all the controllers set to E1.31

You can use both. I have for the last 2 years and will this year.
The only thing I will mention is don't send two DDP channel ranges to the same controller.

As in - If you are sending channels 1 thru 400 and then skipping to channels 700 to 2100, you should send a single entry of 1 to 2100.

Unless that's been fixed (I haven't tried), you'll get hundreds of error messages.

On your E1.31 controllers do you have individual universes defined? How about a screen shot of your controllers tab in xLights for each controller? And most Falcon controllers have updated firmware to allow DDP

According to the website, my F16V2-R is the current firmware of V 1.09
but there is a beta upgrade. Would that include DDP and is it stable?

No, the processor on the V2 boards won't do DDP (not as capable as the V3).
I do use the b.0022 firmware on both my Red and Blue V2 boards. Still E1.31, though.
