Pixcon16 setup

Hope someone can help me with this setup. Have Pixcon16 board on the way.  Would be great to know the setup before it gets here.   Running XLights with FPP on Raspberry 3B+.  Controllers I have are 2 CTB16PC, 1 Pixcon16,, 1 Pixie8, 1 CMB-24D.  If it would make it easier I can leave out the CMB-24D.  The Pixie16 will run 16 - 50 node strings on a Mega Tree.  The Pixie 8 will run 1- 50 node string for the star and 4 - separate 50 node strings on 4 spiral mini trees.  The CMB-24D will run 4 - Dumb RGB 8 foot strips and 2 - 10 watt flood lights.  Have 2 - USB485-HS I can use also.  Plan on running the USB485-HS out of the Raspberry Pi with a Cat 5 cable connected to first controller..  Was thinking of running the 2 CTB16PC's first then the Pixcon16 third, Pixie 8 fourth and CMB-24D last.  However order is not a big issue as everything is within 50 feet of each other.    THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP......  This is my second year....  I have never done pixels so all help needed......  Last year had the 2 - CTB16PC's

Think I figured this out.  Run the Pixie16 and Poxie8 on one network as DMX and the rest on a LOR network in XLights. So how do I set up FPP to use two USB485's?
