mixing pixels and renard BBB

This may be more of an FPP question.  I am set up with a renard SS24 that I am using 17 of the outputs on as well as the BBB 32 cape. I am using vixen for sequencing.  The renard controller is set up in the other screen and everything works fine if I only output reneard data.  When the renard lights are at the top in vixen the pixels are all off by 24 outputs.  When the renard outputs are at the bottom of the sequence window in vixen their timing is off badly, sometimes never coming on at all.  There is a warning the one of the controllers does not understand universes and will require some manual setup but it doesn't say what that manual setup is.  Here is my guess, i need to know if this is it or something else.  If I put the renard back at the top then adjust the starting number in the universes by +24 will that put renard first because of the timing and also fix the misalignment of the pixels?  Thanks.

I have attached a few screen shots. In order to get the renard to work timing wise it has to be at the top. The pixels start at output 25.  I can't seem to figure out if the e131 controller should be set to start universe 1 at output 25? IF I do that then there is an error at the end saying there is not enough outputs for the last universe.  Also in FPP does the inputs start at 25 or 1?  I can;t test the pixels until probably Friday but I would sure like to understand ahead of time.

In case anyone is interested I decided to output the files separately and run a master/remote set up.  Took about 3 minutes to set it up and it all works perfectly.
