Pi works fine with an etherdongle if you already have one of those.  I ran my show that way last year.  I would recommend waiting for the V2 FPD which will be available ??????.........
Just my opinion as I don't commit to things when they are announced but when they are deliverable.

I agree with Jim. If you already have a EtherDongle you have two options right now.

1) Use the EtherDongle with Falcon Pi Player and control 16384 channels with Pixelnet.
2) Sell EtherDongle and buy FPD version 1 and control 32768 channels of Pixelnet/DMX on three separate connectors for a total of 12 RS-485 circuits.
I have FPD v1 boards with processors and dc/dc converters for sell.

"i am also looking for audio cable for the new version pi ", if you mean the 4 pole 3.5 mm audio/video connector on the raspberry pi rev B+, it has been stated that a normal audio connector will work with this new 3.5mm jack, no issues.

you would just need a new cable if you want video and audio to come out.

Looks like it will work, but based on the review comments, you won't be able to go by the colors on the connectors since they put video on the tip and one of the audio channels where the Pi puts video.  The comments indicate that Red will be video and Yellow will be Right audio.

As I develop the Pi player code, I do a lot of my testing using a Lynx USB dongle with Pixelnet firmware so it has been tested pretty well.  We also support sending a single universe of Pixelnet out using low-cost FTDI USB to RS485 dongles that you can normally pick up off eBay for under $7 including shipping.  It makes a cheap backup for the Lynx USB dongle.
