I had a couple chromapoles that I didn't use last year. This year I decided to try them out and I hate how the pixel wires bulge because it hits the EMT. I don't wanna order new pixels and I thought at one time I saw a modification for these but has anyone dealt with this? Thanks!

Some folks just twist the wires coming out of the pixels to reduce the bulge.  The bulge can be annoying, but is not insurmountable.  I've not found it to be a problem on my Chromatrim window frames or garage frame.

When I made mine a zip tied every single light. It took forever but made them perfectly straight.

If you couple that with the pin to keep the heads from sliding and my wignut strip tensioning mechanism you can get straight as an arrow poles.

I don't have one of these but if you are not using 1" spacing then I doubt you will notice the difference when it is lit at night unless you are getting some serious bulging outward.

I'm going to need some more zip ties! That looks way better.

Ah the photo did help a ton, I was thinking the BELLAGIO poles and could not figure out how that was bulging.

Had hardware for these type of poles for years but never used them, and using zip ties would be a natural way to tighten up the wires.
