Adding a second controller

Hello all -- I need to add a second F16V3 to my show in xLights.  I have assigned it a unique IP address (DHCP is checked, is that okay?) in the configurations on the Falcon and in xLights.  I think I have configured it right (though obviously I've done something wring), and the test works fine.  But xLights is not seeing the second controller.  Are there suggestions of what I may doing wrong?

How are you hooking up the second controller?  Is it through the first F16 or back to a switch?  What are your network settings you are using?  The first 3 octets of the IP should match for the computer and both controllers, the last number should be the only difference.
