Hi,
I'm trying to wrap my F48 controller set up using the Smart receiver on Normal mode but need some help on the xLights side of the system.

Did Smart Remote is the same as the Smart Receiver?
Which setting in the xLights controller connections should be pick when using the Falcon Smart Receiver in normal mode?

Do it with passion or not do it at all!

Xlights is unaware of the smart receiver, only the F48 knows about it.  You can set the controller to F48 in the controllers tab and list how many universes you are running.  This depends on the setting of the sliders in the top left corner of the F48 output setup page.  If you set the sliders to max pixels on all ports (340), this means 2 universes per pixel port on the smart card.

Xlights knows to send data for those universes to the F48 only.  I believe smart mode is the same, in that only the F48 is aware of how it is divided up.

xLights is aware of smart receivers if you configure the controller and will push the correct configuration to the F48.

xLights will even keep your Universes at the correct amount for you as well, no need to configure them.

xLights will configure the slider for you as well. No need to do it manually.

But setting the sliders to an even 340 split might make things harder to manage.
If to err is human, I am more human than most people.
