I need help I am trying to set up 8 p5 panels into a 2x4. I think I got everything set up correctly but the image is scrambled. It looks like the image is divided in to randomly shuffled blocks. Its hard to see in the picture but this is Xlights running a butterfly.

I am using 8 P5 Outdoor panels from wired watts and a BBB with octoplus.

What am I missing ?

I took screen shots of my settings but they dont seem to want to attach to this post, its been that sort of day....

Thanks
Roger

Outdoor panels would require the interleave to be set to something other than "off".     Settings are likely similar to:

Panel Size:  64x32 1/8 scan
Panel Interleave: 16 Pixels.    (might be 8, Your picture looks more like blocks of 8)
Output By Row:  Might need to turn this on

That fixed it. It took going through every interleave setting. It ended up work on 64 Pixels.  But the first time I tried 64 it did not work just a black panel. I went through every other setting before going back to 64 pixels and unplugging the controllers and panels from power to reboot it. It worked on 64 pixels after the reboot.

Thanks for pointing the way!
