What is the IP of your controller and what is the IP of your PC?  How are you trying to connect the PC and Controller?  Are you using a patch cable between the two, or do you have both plugged into a switch?

my pc IP is 192.168.1.1 and the f16v3 controller is 192.168.0.50 and my connection is from pc to controller
I try my pc to the alphapix 4 and it works fine, I don't know what to do next

Change the IP on the Falcon controller to 192.168.1.50 and you should be good to go  ;D
(yes, to all you network geeks out there, I'm making a lot of assumptions.  But its late at night here and I was going for the low hanging fruit before diving into deeper troubleshooting questions if its not needed :) )

That would be my guess as well.  Most home networks have a 255.255.255.0 subnet mask.  Assuming that is the case, the first three numbers on both devices need to be identical.  Changing the third number to match the PC should resolve the issue if that is the case.  That is assuming something else on your network is not already using IP .50.  If you get an IP conflict error just try a different 4th number until you find one that is available.  Since you are plugged directly into the controller this should not be an issue as there are only two devices connected.

Your PC probably has 2 IP addresses, one for the Wi Fi and one for the Ethernet port, Connecting a controller directly to your computer takes a little bit more advanced configuration in your computer. You can make things much easier on you if you connect the controller to your router.
If to err is human, I am more human than most people.
