Testing pixel on port 9 not working

Hi 
Need a help please
F16V4 connected to two 12v power supplies first is connected to V1 input and second one is on v2 input,
Testing for 1-8 port is fine
9-16 is not working

Do you have outputs setup for 9-16?

9-16 is not working

The polarity is reversed on the V1 and V2 ports.  Make sure you have accounted for that.  Are you getting lights on both sides?  A print screen of your E1.31 and Port Output settings might be helpful.  Bad wiring can cause issues as well.
