I think there is a new version linked in the General Software section of this site.

Ah got it.

The most recent version of Light elf will convert direct to falcon so I thought you might be using that.  I have not been able to test it yet but should have my falcon setup ready next week to start doing some real testing.

Frank,
Is the latest version available somewhere for download?
I have version 0.0.7 Beta that I got from DLA.

Frank,
I tried using the latest version of light elf to convert the LSP file to FPP format.
It changes the LSP file (.msq) to a much larger size file, and there isn't a .fseq file.
Afterwards, LSP can no longer read the .msq file.

Just letting you know I will be doing some testing soon.

Well that does not sound right at all...  Light elf does not touch the msq file other than to extract it into its component parts.  It never goes back to its original compressed format afterwards.

When you do export sequence you should get a pop up asking what format you would like to export to with options of falcon, conductor, or xLights.

Frank,
I've tried it a couple of times, and each time it changes the .msq file.
I selected only Falcon output and Falcon and xLights output.
Each time the .msq file is changed.  When xLights is selected, it creates a .xseq file.

OK I think I got it right this time. Sorry about the confusion.  Can't test the change I made at the moment but the source on git hub is updated.
