FFP and e1.31 bridge universes

I just got my FFP on my Rasberry Pi installed, and have watched the videos on how to do it, but one part I was not for certain on how to do it is setting up the universes.  I am using the E1.31 bridge from DIYledexpress and was wondering if I set my universes up on it or in the FPP software, or both.  I currently run my show from my PC, but like the option of using the Rasberry Pi to run next years show.

Set up universes on both.  The universes that FPP is sending need to match what the controller is expecting to receive.
