Do these work off a pixel port or off one of the RJ45 dmx jacks?

They can run from F16V2 differential expansion board, or the soon to be released F4V2 differential expansion or one can run directly from Pixelnet port on F16V2/F16V2R

Is that feature available now or is that coming in a future firmware release?

Sounds like a solution to a design problem I'm been pondering

Oh now I get it, set serial 1 to string 13, serial 2 to string 14, serial 3 to string 15, serial 4 to string 16 then configure string ports as normal, but outputs 13/14/15/16 move to the diff receiver.
