DMX controlled input of F16V3 Pixel Controller??

I am a lighting designer for live events.  I have access to DMX lighting consoles and run many shows via SMPTE timecode.  I would love to do the same for my home Christmas lighting project, control the smart pixels via DMX.

Is it possible to control the F16 V3 Pixel controller via dmx 512?  (DMX input vs. output)  I note in the forums plenty of information about controlling dmx fixture types with the Falcon controller via the DMX outputs on the board.

The F16V3 is a E1.31 device which is unformatted DMX over Ethernet and allows the combining multiple DMX universes worth of data giving thousands of channels of data if needed.  The problem with trying to use a console is that not only is it sending an already formatted DMX output, it only offers 1 DMX universe which is only 512 channels.  Since each pixel in a smart string uses 3 channels, that would limit you to a total of 170 pixels.  In my display, that wouldn't even cover 3 out of 4 of my upper windows.
