Finally finished work on my updated Mega Tree for this year, well not 100% complete but close enough to share :)  Just need to paint the base black and its done.

I had it as a 2D tree with just 8 legs last year and I just wasn't real happy with it.  So I added 4 more legs and made it into a 180 degree tree and now I am much happier with the results.

The tree is 12 strings of 30 nodes ,tm1804.  Its ran by 3 SSC v4 running the falcon firmware (120 nodes per SSC - 4 legs per SSC).  The star is made of 40 ws2811 nodes, and is currently ran by the uSC.  The tree is just a shade over 10 feet tall total with the star, just barely couldn't put the star on in the garage.  Its all ran from the FPP.  I connect to the FPP wirelessly and then hardwired to the Etherdongle.  Sequenced quickly in Nutrcracker.

Thanks again for all the work from everyone, without you guys I couldn't have this.

And now for the video

Nice!! Your star is like my nutcracker's top half...sitting on the ground because of height restrictions. Also like your landscape lights.

That is a beautiful tree.  Nice work!

I second that. Great job. Makes me want to get the new controller done and start messing with my show.

With the star on its just a little over 10ft.  The legs are just a little under 8ft.
